Seoul Art Friend

Launched in 2018, Seoul Art Friend is a critical resource for information on the robust contemporary art scene in South Korea. The project represents a renewal of Seoul Art Fiend, which was active from 2011 to 2013.

Founder

Andy St. Louis is a Seoul-based art critic and curator specializing in Korean contemporary art. Active in the Korean art scene since 2011, he currently serves as Seoul desk editor for ArtAsiaPacific and contributing editor for ArtReview Asia, and his writing has been published ArtAsiaPacific, ArtReview Asia, ArtReview, Artforum, frieze, and Wallpaper* magazines.
